About Us

 

Located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Nature Within was launched in 2009 after 3 years of extensive research and product formulation by Nadine Hall an Aromatherapist, Certified Infant Massage Instructor and mother of 2.

 

Eczema

Having 2 children with eczema, I spent a great deal of time researching what triggered their eczema and what improved it. Dry skin was a common theme with both children, I found continually moisturising their skin with an emollient based cream was the best way in reducing the severity and amount of outbreaks.

 

Baby Skin Care

Extensive paediatric research has shown that a new born baby’s skin is 5 times thinner than an adult, so their skin can absorb potential irritants much faster. Research is also indicating a genetic link to eczema coupled with an impaired skin barrier.

 

Skin Care Products

I wanted skin care products that used natural organic ingredients, were fragrance free and didn’t contain essential oils. Skin care products that listed all of the ingredients not just a few.

I wanted to know what these ingredients were, not just a long list of confusing, hard to pronounce names that made me question what was actually going into my children’s bodies.

 

As a mother I understand the concerns that many mums face, wanting to do only what’s best for their baby.

After spending 9 years in the building industry owning and managing a very successful company I decided to sell and concentrate on an issue I feel very passionately about. Watching what my own child has gone through with various medications, antihistamines, bleeding, itchy and extremely dry skin and regular visits to a specialist I realise education is the key.

 

After 3 years of extensive research and product development working in conjunction with a cosmetic chemist and the support and assistance of a wonderful family I am proud to bring you Nature Within natural, organic baby skincare and bamboo baby sleepwear specifically formulated and designed for baby’s with sensitive skin.
